Current Research Projects

  1. Currently, I am working on mechanism of FcRn action in human and mice employing biochemical, microscopic and molecular methods. I am the key person overseeing the hybridoma projects involving mAb productions against various epitope of human and mouse FcRn.
  2. I genotype mouse strains including the null strains of FcRn alpha-chain, FcRIIb and HFE and occasionally act as an anesthesiologist for mouse projects.
